dac52a8000 Bug 949346 - 1. print this pointer in nspr logs for debugging when there are 2 GStreamerReader running concurrently 2. - Use implicit array sizes for constant tables and strings.

- Use AppendElements(data, length) directly instead of the
  memcpy(AppendElements(lenth), data, length) construction.

- Use ArrayLength instead of MOZ_ARRAY_LENGTH since we're
  in C++ code.
