84174c3b60 Begin removing mAvailSpaceRect and mBandHasFloats from nsBlockReflowState by converting the current state-mutation GetAvailableSpace to a getter GetFloatAvailableSpace to replace it, and reimplementing the state mutation in terms of the getter. 7b4d0810ce Bug 459666. Guard assertion containing GetPrimaryFrameFor so it doesn't run at a bad time to be calling GetPrimaryFrameFor. Also, nsCSSFrameConstructor::PostRestyleEvent should check mPresShell->IsDestroying() when deciding whether to drop requests, and it should drop requests silently because it's perfectly safe and correct to do so. r+sr=bzbarsky
