mats.palmgren@bredband.net	895714e955	Call WillDestroyFrameTree() before destroying the frame tree in ReconstructDocElementHierarchyInternal() because we have cleared the placeholder map etc at this point and we don't want RemoveMappingsForFrameSubtree() to mess with it.
