b7753477cf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. e82895a375 Bug 687696 - Generate places shutdown events in the cpp tests. r=mak. 
This uses the NS_XPCOM_WILL_SHUTDOWN_OBSERVER_ID notification to produce
the places shutdown messages, emulating what happens in the browser.
