0a3a2ee94a Bug 921876 - Stop #including nsIFrame.h in nsLayoutUtils.h; r=roc 
This patch does the following:
* Move nsIFrame::IntrinsicSize to mozilla::IntrinsicSize so that it can
  be forward-declared.
* Move a number of templated inline nsLayoutUtils methods to nsIFrame.
* Use mozilla::layout::FrameChildListID instead of the
  nsIFrame::ChildListID typedef in nsLayoutUtils.h.
* Move nsReflowFrameRunnable to its only user, nsProgressMeterFrame.cpp.
* Make a number of functions requiring nsIFrame.h out-of-line.
* Remove the nsIFrame.h #include from nsLayoutUtils.h and add it to the
  places which require it implicitly.

af0d77ef1f Bug 896138 patch 6: Move restyle management code from nsFrameManager to RestyleManager. r=heycam 
This is the second of two big chunks of code moved into the new
RestyleManager class from another sources.

Note that the undisplayed map remains in nsFrameManager, although it
could perhaps have moved.

9ee7f78167 bug 852129 - use HyperTextAccessible for invalid img r=surkov, bz 
If the img is not valid then its children will be rendered, and the
sensible way to handle that is by giving the img a HyperTextAccessible
instead of an ImageAccessible.  Since the accessible name of such an img
should be the value of the alt attribute we add similar logic as
ImageAccessible::NativeName() to HyperTextAccessible::NativeName()
conditioned on the tag being img.

a9123c3d10 Bug 729519 - Allocate heap nsFrameLists from the shell arena. r=bzbarsky 
"new nsFrameList()" becomes "new (shell) nsFrameList()".
"delete list" becomes "if (list) list->Delete(shell)" - note also that
an additional assertion was added that list is empty when deleted.

"nsAutoPtr<nsFrameList> list(StealSomeFrames())" becomes
"AutoFrameListPtr list(aPresContext, StealSomeFrames())"

5eb8920348 Switch nsLayoutUtils inflation methods to the new setup with state on the pres context. (Bug 706609, patch 5) r=roc 
This is the third of three patches to rework the way we handle getting
the font inflation container and width data during reflow, which are
needed so that we can sometimes honor inflation during intrinsic width
calculation (which we need to do to make some form controls inflate
correctly).

There was nothing wrong with SetFontFromStyle, except that it's just one
more API to think about (and one more API to audit and modify for font
inflation work to happen in bug 627842).

1eb945fbb6 Bug 223764: Inlines inside inlines that draw text-decorations shouldn't alter the baseline. (r=dbaron) 
We add a baseline field to nsInlineFrame and modify
nsLineLayout::BeginSpan to take a pointer to a baseline to update. This
also means that nsFirstLetterFrame no longer needs to update its own
baseline, and instead should just pass its own field along.
