36fd766b65 Bug 860085 - Remove XPCCallContext refcounting optimization. r=gabor 
We only use XPCCallContext for reflector calls now, at which point an AddRef
is totally insignificant. Using an auto pointer here lets us clean up some
code, and makes the XPCCallContext destructor start to look pretty sane. :-)

6cca462555 Bug 860085 - Stop using XPConnect::ReleaseJSContext in nsJSEnvironment::DestroyJSContext. r=gabor,mccr8 
We now have the invariant that any in-use cx must be pushed onto the JSContext
stack with one of our stack-scoped automatic nsCxPusher classes. These classes
hold a strong ref to the nsIScriptContext associated with the JSContext they
push (if any). This means that, if this cx is in use, we will always have at
least one strong reference to the nsJSContext coming from the stack, meaning
that neither the destructor nor the Unlink() implementation will be called.
So we don't need to do any deferred destruction of the cx anymore.

With this change, we can be very, very sure that we never push an nsJSContext
without instantiating an AutoCxPusher on the stack.

1a78a5f7db Bug 880917 - Add support for "latest" as a version to evalInSandbox, and use it for sjs files. r=luke 
Sandboxes always default to JSVERSION_DEFAULT in the browser. But XPCShell sets
up a ContextCallback that does JS_SetVersion(cx, JSVERSION_LATEST) on every
context that gets created, including the ephemerial Sandbox JSContexts. Since
httpd.js runs in xpcshell and evaluates SJS in a sandbox, we've (somewhat
accidentally) supported JSVERSION_LATEST in SJS, which certain SJS files have
taken advantage of. Let's continue to support it explicitly.

The first three lines of this function are an obvious bug. But the behavior in
general is also worrisome, because it's using antiquated XPConnect machinery
that will be less and less correct as we move to the new DOM bindings. Let's
just infer our global from the active compartment.

There are a number of places where quickstubs does a scary-looking call to
lccx->SetWrapper. However, the lccx never gets morphed into a ccx, nor does
it escape in any other way. And unlike ccxes, declaring an lccx on the stack
doesn't have any observable side-effects. So this should actually be safe.

This gets invoked at the very end of nsThread::ProcessNextEvent(). If the cx stack
is empty here, that means the event loop isn't nested - if it it was, we'd at
least have a null cx on the stack from a higher-level call to OnProcessNextEvent
for the main thread observer.

As such, this seems like a much more reasonable place to make debug mode changes.

d1daeb827a Bug 868110 - Introduce a more private API for the consumers that really do need the default compartment object. r=luke 
The primary consumer of this is the whole inner/outer DOM window setup, which
uses the default global to track the current inner. But there are few other
random ones as well.

We use this as an opportunity to convert a bunch of consumers from the two-step
GetNativeContext() -> JS_GetGlobalObject() into just |GetNativeGlobal()|. This
will make things much easier to convert when we start tracking the current inner
explicitly.

The JSContext stack is an XPConnect construction. In particular, there are
situations where we want to manipulate it outside the lifetime of nsContentUtils
but within the lifetime of the stack itself. In order to do this cleanly, it's
helpful to use private XPConnect APIs. So the first step here is to move this into
js/src/xpconnect, so that we can take advantage of the stuff in xpcprivate.h.

Now that XBL scopes are here to stay (no more pref), we can remove all the
machinery that makes SOWs dynamic. We still need SOWs until bug 825392 is
fixed, but they can now be totally opaque.

One side effect of this patch is that, due to our usage of Opaque, we now
allow CALL on SOWs. But this shouldn't be a problem, because SOWs are used
for anonymous elements which are not callable (and we probably wouldn't mind
it even if they were).

We have to do this if we want to proceed with eliminating SOWs entirely. Given
the other restrictions around remote XUL, I don't think this is a problem.

Note that we shouldn't need any special handling in the wrapper reparenting
paths, because those all depend on whether a SOW was there already. So that
would only be an issue if it were possible to adoptNode from a non-remote-XUL
domain into a remote-XUL domain, which thankfully can't happen.
