3d694a85c0 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
dom/interfaces/svg/Makefile.in and dom/media/Makefile.in had merge
conflicts. They were resolved by hand. The former needed 2 IDLs removed.
The latter had a context conflict for EXPORTS_NAMESPACES.

b7753477cf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. a3a3951684 Bug 459613.
