90617e5775 Bug 842561. Assert that our inheritance chain is correct for WebIDL objects. r=peterv 
We could drop the descriptor for Text if we changed nsIDocument::CreateTextNode
to return an already_AddRefed<Text>, but then we'd need more casting in
nsDocument.cpp for the XPCOM CreateTextNode.  Not sure which way is better,
really.

088271f880 Bug 804387. Part 9: Update WebAudio implementation to integrate with AudioNodeStream. r=ehsan 
This is a mega-patch that was too hard to disentangle. Here's what it does:
-- Create infrastructure around AudioNode::UpdateOutputEnded to detect
when a node can no longer produce any output. When that becomes true,
disconnect it from the AudioNode graph.
-- Have AudioNode implement JSBindingFinalized to use as input in
UpdateOutputEnded.
-- Give every AudioNode a MediaStream, and give every connection
a MediaInputPort.
-- Actually play the audio that reaches the AudioContext's destination node.
-- Force AudioContext to use the audio sample rate defined by MediaStreamGraph.
-- Fix AudioBufferSourceNode's start and stop methods to possibly throw and
take default 'when' parameters.
-- Create an AudioNodeStream for AudioBufferSourceNode and give it a
AudioBufferSourceNodeEngine that does what's needed. Set parameters for
this engine in the start() and stop() methods.
-- Create AudioBuffer::GetThreadSharedChannelsForRate, which is responsible
for stealing the contents of any JS array buffers, and bundling them up
into a thread-shared read-only buffer object which can be used as
part of an AudioChunk. This method will also be responsible for
resampling and caching as necessary.

nsIDOMCharacterData and nsIDOMText quickstubs are not needed after bug 826703.

nsIDOMRect quickstubs haven't been needed since bug 824970 landed.

nsCSSPropertiesQS has been unused since bug 801083 at least.

The various includes being removed are either fully on WebIDL now or using WebIDL quickstubs.

The assertions in nsINode and nsWrapperCache are to eagerly catch
failures to override those methods.

The classinfo change for XULTreeBuilder is needed because one of those
is returned via an nsIXULTemplateBuilder attribute on XULElement.
Alternately, I could mark it notflattened in Bindings.conf, but Enn
said he prefers this anyway.

The change to the QI impl in BindingUtils is needed because when
XPConnect converts an IID from C++ to JS it makes is an nsJSID, not an
nsJSIID.  We've run into this before, sadly.

I removed "id" from nsIDOMXULElement because it's already on Element.
I suppose I could have left it there, but this seems cleaner.

The nsJSIID::HasInstance changes are needed to support XBL-implemented
interfaces.  Sadly, this does mean that if the underlying object QIs
to something but we didn't put those props on the WebIDL we'll end up
testing true for instanceof but not exposing the props.  I don't see
an obviously better way.  We should work on killing off uses of
"instanceof someinterface".

The browser.js change is needed to avoid throwing exceptions during
browser-chrome tests that are now getting reported because our
swapFrameLoaders is no longer an XPConnect method.

Here's what this patch does:
-- Makes AudioNodes mostly not use nsWrapperCache. AudioDestinationNode
still does.
-- Rename MaxNumberOfInputs/Outputs to NumberOfInputs/Outputs, and have them
default to 1 in AudioNode.
-- Allow any number of nodes to be connected to any given input/output port.

451773ee5b Bug 803392 - Initial implementation of AudioParam; r=bzbarsky 
This patch implements most of the semantics of AudioParam in a
templatized base class called AudioEventTimeline.  This is done in order
to make it possible to test this code from C++ without the need of
linking to libxul.  Basically we take everything that could depend on
libxul or is not suitable for a genertic implementation and put it in a
traits like type as a template argument.  Then the test creates mock
objects that conform to the argument interfaces, and tests the logic of
AudioEventTimeline.

3e1f7e4e46 Bug 792890. Fix JS-wrapping of callback interfaces to just return the underlying JS object. r=peterv 
There are several changes here:

1) When wrapping a callback interface object for JS, just extract the
   underlying JSObject from inside it and hand that object out.

2) Flag callback interface descriptors as "not concrete" (only matters
   for cases when they have constants on the interface object) and not
   wrappercached (will catch bugs if someone tries to treat them as a
   Gecko object).

3) Fix a preexisting bug in sequence wrapping where we'd try to
   JS_DefineElement twice if we were wrapping a null value for a
   sequence of nullable interface objects.

This is the full implementation of the AudioBuffer object.  There are
two ways to create these objects from an audio context and this patch
implements only one of them.

The construction of the AudioBuffer object is a two step process: the
object should be created with operator new first, and then
InitializeBuffers should be called on it.  InitializeBuffers is
fallible, because it uses the JS API to create the underlying typed
arrays, but that's fine, since the length of the buffers comes from web
content, and we don't want to use infallible allocations for those
anyways.

We hold on to the JS objects from the C++ implementation, and trace
through all of those objects, so that a GC does not kill those object
without us knowing.

The buffer should be possible to manipulate from both C++ and JS, and
the C++ object probably needs to support a set of methods for the C++
callers at some point.

43d3bd71ac Bug 757164. Move infallibility annotations into webidl. r=peterv 
In this new setup, there are three new extended attributes: Infallible,
GetterInfallible, SetterInfallible.  The first one applies to both methods and
attributes, while the last two apply only to attributes.  Each one can be
either set with no value specified (in which case it applies both on main
thread and in workers) or can be set to MainThread or Workers to limit where it
applies.

If Infallible is set on an attribute, then GetterInfallible and
SetterInfallible will be ignored.  So if you want to specify, for example, an
attribute that's infallible on the main thread and has an infallible getter in
workers, the right way to do that is [GetterInfallible,
SetterInfallible=MainThread].
