11aa232422 Bug 403181. Pass the desired source rectangle for background images down into nsThebesImage and ensure we don't sample outside it. Back out a bad pixman patch that caused regressions, and adjust image encoding tests so they don't depend on the regression. Also ensures that if the frame rect is empty but has non-zero dimension on one axis, the overflow rect includes that size.
