074efa08c7 Bug 428009 - Update the HTTP server to require a *correct* host be specified with it, not just *a* host via an absolute URI as Request-URI or a specified Host header. d94f29ae56 Add a way to extract the charset and the position of the charset parameter from a content-type header. Use this in XMLHttpRequest to not clobber the non-charset parameters and not clobber the charset if it's already what we'll set, up to case.
