* browser_426329.js - Fix exception in popupshowing event listener causing search history dropdown to remain open on subsequent tests.
* browser_contextmenu.js - Add some debug messages.
                         - Move |doOnloadOnce(checkSearchURL);| just before the search tab opens so there is less interference with later tests.
                         - Add nsISelectionListener to know when selection has finished.
* head.js - Consolidate duplicated doOnloadOnce function.
* test.html - Fix character set warning.

3d694a85c0 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
dom/interfaces/svg/Makefile.in and dom/media/Makefile.in had merge
conflicts. They were resolved by hand. The former needed 2 IDLs removed.
The latter had a context conflict for EXPORTS_NAMESPACES.

ef8e5bb3be Bug 836120 - Reduce memory overhead of Sync when it's not configured; r=rnewman 
If Sync is (likely) not configured, the only loaded JS is for the XPCOM
service itself.

The UI code is now smart enough to initialize the Sync service if it
isn't yet loaded. This addresses bug 825728.

1ab9002c4d Bug 800314 - Stop the browser window from stealing focus when a download begins. r=paolo. 
The most recent browser window (if available) was stealing focus when a download
started. This was to account for the case where a download was initiated from
the Library. We are, however, switching to a Library view that shows download
state and progress in bug 675902, so this focus pull is now unnecessary, and
disruptive for users with window managers that don't have focus-stealing
prevention.
