9045c05660 Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. Disable glib's slice sub-allocator[1], which is implemented as a zone allocator
layered on top of malloc.  Since jemalloc is itself a zone allocator, the extra
abstraction level forces segregation of equal-sized objects that could
otherwise be packed together.
