To this end, the classes nsPluginStreamInfo and nsPluginStreamListenerPeer have been unified: the nsNPAPIPluginStreamListener holds the stream listener peer alive so that additional range requests can be made on it. In addition the nsNPAPIPluginStreamListener holds *itself* alive for NP_SEEK streams, and only calls releases itself/calls CleanUpStream when the plugin explicitly calls NPN_DestroyStream or when the associated plugin instance is being destroyed. r=josh

f55c3f38ef When calling a null function pointer, breakpad apparently skips a frame. In order for intentionalCrash() to appear in the minidump, try dereferencing a null pointer instead.

05f44c363f Rename Crash() to IntentionalCrash() so that automation can grep for it. Make it non-static, and add trailing instructions to it so that it isn't inlined nor tail-called away in crash reports.
