c641b351b0 Bug 1177018 - Increase the APZ content response timeout to 15 seconds for all tests. r=kats 
It has previously been increased for a specific test, but we have found
another test that needs it increased. Rather than increasing it for
individual tests, increase it for all tests.

a8a7765517 Bug 1177018 - Only enable APZ test logging for tests that actually use it. r=kats 
This avoids excessive amounts of test data accumulating which can slow tests down.

As part of this change, the pref for enabling the logging was made 'Live'.

2e1b87536b Bug 1182945: P2. Disable webm mse web-platforms tests. r=karlt 
In theory, linux and windows XP should provide exactly the same results.
However, due to bug 1165772, MSE on linux incorrectly reports MP4 support.

Bug mediasource-buffered.html is disabled on Windows XP as it triggers a bug in the tests. As we can't intercept the result, we must disable the entire test instead.

debugging code from bug 989137. Similarly enabling 'experiments.logging.dump'

4dd6b5c6e5 Bug 1112469 - Part 4: Disable periodic updates of service workers when running tests; r=nsm 
This is meant to avoid random issues with Gecko suddenly kicking off the
periodic updates in the middle of our test runs.  This uses a hidden pref
intentionally since nobody should be able to discover this pref by going
to about:config.
