to detect when it's about to scroll a subframe and let APZC know. So
the two messages involved in this can be completely removed.

f5f0ff5641 Bug 907754 - Ensure that the zoom on the FrameMetrics is initialized correctly for all frames. r=tn 
RecordFrameMetrics gets called on a variety of layers. Previously it would
incorrectly set mZoom for a number of these layers. For scrollable container
layers inside the main document, it would set the mResolution from the
presShell's resolution, thus compounding the painted resolution.
Furthermore, for iframes inside the document, it would assign mZoom the
value from TabChild's mLastMetrics, which is only meant to apply to the
top-level document. Prior to multi-apzc work these values were never used
so it didn't matter but now they are so they should be assigned correctly.

55c123d4d6 Bug 885023 - Convert mFrameMetrics.mZoom to a CSSToScreenScale. r=BenWa,k17e 
The mFrameMetrics.mZoom was previously a "resolution-independent" zoom,
which meant it had to always be multiplied by the CalculateIntrinsicScale()
value to be useful. This patch converts it to a "resolution-dependent" zoom,
and includes the intrinsic scale multiplier already. This means it needs
to be updated if either the viewport or composition bounds (which determine
the intrinsic scale) change, but there are only a few places where this
happens and it makes the rest of the code cleaner.

Sometimes a ContentParent object gets destroyed after XPCOM shutdown has
shut down the cycle collector.  If the ContentParent destructor releases
a cycle collected object (e.g. mMessageManager), this causes the cycle
collector to assert.

9befee6c8d Bug 896890 - TabContent::HasOwnApp() should be true iff TabContext::GetOwnApp() is non-null. 
This change reworks how TabContext stores its data.  Before, it stored
an app-id and translated that into an app; now we do the reverse.  This
lets us guarantee that HasOwnApp() is true iff GetOwnApp() is non-null.

We added a new class, MaybeInvalidTabContext to assist with converting
from an IPCTabContext to a TabContext.  This allows us to ensure that a
TabContext object is never invalid.

17f38d235b Bug 893242 - Part 3: Add ContentParent::GetAllEvenIfDead(). r=bent 
To do this, we got rid of the explicit removal of a ContentParent from
sContentParents in MarkAsDead().  Instead, we rely on
LinkedListElement's destructor to remove the ContentParent from
sContentParents.

Thus, a ContentParent stays in sContentParents until it's destructed.
ContentParent::GetAll() checks whether the ContentParent is still alive,
so its behavior is unchanged.

6b91a51925 Bug 893242 - Part 2: Make sContentParents a StaticAutoPtr. r=khuey 
This eliminates a static constructor, which is good.  It also avoids a
problem at shutdown: If we leak a ContentParent and we destroy
sContentParents atexit, then sContentParents will assert that it's not
empty and cause test failures.

7b97260199 Bug 891626 - Consistent filename casing for "ipc"; r=bsmedberg 
"ipc" and "IPC" are used to refer to the same directory. "ipc" is more
popular than "IPC" so the latter has been downcased.

398f76794b Bug 890135 - Switch B2G's "gc log" dumping to produce all-traces logs by default. r=mccr8 
This patch also adds "abbreviated gc log", which produces a not-all-traces CC log.

9b8345e3a5 Bug 865745 - Hold a strong ref to the global for the duration that each nsFrameScriptCx is on the stack. r=smaug 
These things currently do a complicated refcounting dance to avoid destroying the
cx until all the consumers of it are gone. That stuff can mostly go away now that
we're just using the SafeJSContext, but DestroyCx also nulls out the global, so
we should make sure to keep that alive for anyone that might be using it.
