c845ac4102 Bug 860941 - Stop clearing return values on navigation. r=jst 
Since this stuff is a property on the browsing context, this only makes sense
as a security check. But now that we're using a DialogValueHolder, the origin
checks are taken care of. So we can kill this off.

The spec currently has returnValue as a DOMString, but this doesn't match
reality given my testing. I filed [1] to fix it.

Note that nsGlobalModalWindow is already set up to CC mReturnValue. Since
we're swapping in another CC-ed container class, we don't need to make any
changes here.

983ad0969a Bug 860941 - Separate the handling of |dialogArguments| and |arguments|, and use IDL for the |dialogArguments| getter. r=jst 
This patch is bigger than I'd like it to be, but there are a lot of interlocked
dependencies and I eventually decided it was easier to just lump it together.

The semantics of |showModalDialog|/|window.dialogArguments| (an web-exposed
HTML5 feature) and |openDialog|/|window.arguments| (a XUL-proprietary feature)
are quite different. The former is essentially a security-checked JSVal, while
the latter gets converted into an array. We handled them together in the old
world, which led to a lot of confusion and muddled semantics. This patch
separates them.

This patch also eschews the roundabout resolve hook for dialogArguments in favor
of returning them directly from the XPIDL getter. This better matches the
behavior in the spec, especially because it allows dialogArguments to live on
the outer as they're supposed to, rather than the first inner that happens to
end up in the docshell. All in all, this should make this all very
straightforward to convert WebIDL when the time comes.

The current spec on the origin checks here is pretty fictional, so I've filed
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=21932 to fix it. This patch
should more or less preserve the current security behavior.

An alternative implementation strategy is to add "default-only"
versions of ResolveStyleFor and ResolvePseudoElementStyle and then
modify FileRules to support those, or use a cut-down custom version of
FileRules for them.  That would be faster, but more complicated on the
style set side.  We can always make that switch if we need to, I guess.

There's no reason it has to fail if there's no mDoc, since any document is promptly
blown away with the new about:blank document.

The indempotence is important because we want to be able to call this method
unconditionally in OpenJSWindowInternal (since we may not have gone through
RegisterTopLevelWindow) without worrying about whether we've called it already.

62325fa9f3 Bug 750570, part 4 - Switch most native CC classes to use the purple buffer. r=smaug 
This patch actually converts over most of the existing native CC classes
to use the participant. This is done by converting them to use
the newly generalized nsCycleCollectingAutoRefCnt instead of their usual
ref count.

This is mostly a matter of defining new macros defining AddRef() and Release()
for native CC classes with the CC ref count.

nsTimeout is left as a legacy native CC class because it is a weird class,
but hopefully eventually it too can be converted over.  See bug 774874.

8bdd1a64af Bug 659350 part 5. The guts of the change to move from storing inline event handlers on the JSObject to storing them in the event listener manager directly, so we can easily set/read them via IDL. 
The changes here are as follows:
1) nsIJSEventListener now stores the handler.  This is guaranteed to be already bound properly, if needed, before being set in the nsIJSEventListener.
2) The old classinfo glue to deal with on* properties is gone.
3) IDL-based methods for on* properties have been added.
