of Gecko's Bluetooth code, and the Bluedroid implementation into
the new files BluetoothHalImplementation.{cpp,h}.

BluetoothHalImplementation.{cpp,h} contains all Bluedroid-specific
code. The classes in BluetoothInterface.{cpp,h} are now interfaces
for Gecko.
