69064e9603 Bug 413027. The XUL pref and min height for a CSS block should be its height when reflowed at its preferred width, NOT the height of the tallest line. r+sr=dbaron. 11aa232422 Bug 403181. Pass the desired source rectangle for background images down into nsThebesImage and ensure we don't sample outside it. Back out a bad pixman patch that caused regressions, and adjust image encoding tests so they don't depend on the regression.
