link instead of nsnull.

c0d498ce5d Bug 461199 (Part 4) - Add NS_EVENT_STATE_UNVISITED that describes an unvisited link. 
Add the new state so we can then just call IntrinsicState to determine the
visitedness of an nsIContent node.
