8444d8b32a Bug 1094324 - Set browser.newtabpage.enhanced default in prefs. r=adw 
The current behavior is that if there is no user pref, it is set to true or
false depending on the value of privacy.donottrackheader.enabled, but
completely ignoring the global default.

This patch changes the behavior such that:
- browser.newtabpage.enhanced's default value is set as a global default
- it is also set as sticky, so that even when the same value as the default is
  set, prefHasUserValue is true.
- The introduction is not shown when the default for browser.newtabpage.enhanced
  is false. It is however shown when the pref is flipped for the first time.

4a598a332a Bug 1166351 - Modify instrumentation to dump out applied binding URLs. r=felipe 
This bug is very strange - the tabbrowser-browser binding is sometimes applied
without its base binding, and I have no idea why. I'm also having no luck
reproducing it reliably. I'm hoping that whenever it rears its head next,
whoever hits it will put the information I'm dumping here into the bug
to give me some clues as to what is going on.

This patch moves the "fullscreen" event from the original place to the
second part, which indicates two other changes:

1. When the event is triggered, the value of fullScreen would have been
toggled to the new value, which is different from before. The changes in
browser/../browser-fullScreen.js and mobile/../browser.js are for this.

2. This event is no longer preventDefault-able, since it is triggered
after the fullscreen change. This leads to the removal of the test and
the only place which calls preventDefault on that event. That place is
a workaround for bug 1079222. To address that problem, this patch fixes
the intrinsic issue via stoping handling the fullscreen change once it
finds we failed to change the state of the widget.

78515a2a5a bug 1004167 opaque back-button when not -moz-lwtheme to pixel-align clip r=mdeboer 
Make back-button background match the color of its ancestor toolbar, where
possible, so that overdrawing the start of the url bar makes aligning the clip
with the arc of the back button border unnecessary.

This enables subpixel antialiasing and more efficient drawing in the url bar.

back-button border outside is aligned with the visible toolbarbutton-icon to
avoid any awkward lines should the color of the toolbar be modified in any
way.

MozDOMFullscreen:{Request,Exit} are simply used to redirect the request
to the parent process, hence there is no need to align them with refresh
driver tick or dispatch asynchronously.

MozDOMFullscreen:{Entered,Exited} are also used to notify the content
process about the change, hence dispatching them later could cause
unwanted delay on fullscreen change. Their handlers are also changed in
this patch to avoid recursive fullscreen change.

Change of fullscreen origin is now notified by the new specific event,
MozDOMFullscreen:NewOrigin. The event MozDOMFullscreen:Entered is only
triggered when the window first enter fullscreen by DOM fullscreen. It
is now only used to notify the parent to hide its chrome.

This patch renames DispatchChromeOnly flag to OnlyChromeDispatch. With
this patch, if OnlyChromeDispatch flag is set, and the target is already
a chrome node, the dispatch path will start from the target. Previously,
even if the target is a chrome node, the dispatch path starts from the
parent target of the owner window of the current node.
