d3d23e846e Bug 532732. 5f6a955352 Bug 499841. Pass the block frame that contains the first letter style to RemoveFirstLetterFrames so that the NS_BLOCK_HAS_FIRST_LETTER_CHILD bit can be unset on it. Always set the NS_BLOCK_HAS_FIRST_LETTER_CHILD bit on the first continuation only. r=bzbarsky

a99f0f4f96 Bug 536716.
