Edward Lee	1cac813e53	Bug 738832 - Allow desktop runtime to support webRT installs (mozApps.install API) [r=myk, r=felipe] ... Use the runtime folder to get a reference to webapprt-stub instead of process folder, which is one level too deep from the runtime.
