b7753477cf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. 910b0ce752 Bug 635645. Increase the amount of scrolling performed by using the arrow keys from 1 line to 2 lines. r=roc 
This improves scrolling speed and is more inline with what other browsers do.

e9801c3364 Remove nsPresContext::GetMetricsFor, which was always a bad idea since it uses the generally-incorrect language-from-charset. (Bug 678671, patch 4) r=roc 
This fixes the one remaining caller (the debugging code to visually
display reflow counts!) to just pass a null language, since it's just
debugging code.
