karlt+@karlt.net	7647ac9bdc	Only change the style of default mathvariant <mi> elements to italic when there is a corresponding italic Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbol. Accept non-BMP characters in nsMathMLOperator::LookupInvariantChar.
