b3b7f224fd Bug 590654 - Let JavaScript read embedded nulls from input streams 
Adds a new method to NetUtil (readInputStreamToString) that will read a string
with or without embedded NULLs from an input stream.  Also adds the needed API
on nsIScriptableInputStream to make this happen.

9045c05660 Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. f57320c98b Bug 348748 - Cleanup from the handful of patches which have landed since the initial landing that have readded cast macros; I intend to remove the rest of the instances Very Soon, all but certainly before the M8 freeze, so the macro definitions can be removed, again all but certainly before the M8 freeze, if people are okay with them being removed.
