d349e7c9e0 Bug 866988 - Remove the HAVE_CPP_PARTIAL_SPECIALIZATION autoconf define, and the test for template specialization working at all. Any compiler not supporting either of these is so incredibly doomed it's not worth the pain of testing them. e4abfe4035 Bug 867362 - part 1 - use MOZ_ALIGNOF instead of JS_ALIGN_OF_POINTER; r=luke 
This change means that we no longer need the MOZ_ALIGN_OF_TYPE macro in
moznbytetype.m4.  And it's just nicer to have the compiler figure things
out for us rather than configury.
