df74b6bf5c Bug 955946 - Distinguish SIM/USIM getResponse p1/p2/p3 parameters. r=echen 
Performing proper ICC_IO operations depends on the type of the SIM card.
For example, the Desire Z will work with FCP Template, so we need to
follow TS 102.221 table 11.2 to perform the proper request and get a FCP
Template. This is done when we write the ICC_IO command: we need to set
the p2/p3 fields depending on the SIM card type (SIM or USIM) so that
the proper behavior is triggered.

3e8f5ba116 Bug 1033274 - Added logic when MLS responds to GPS provider. r=kanru 
NetworkGeolocationProvider is listened to by the Gonk GPS provider, and
these updates are to be used in certain cases (such as the GPS is
inactive) or ignored in other cases so as not overwrite an accuracte GPS
location with and inaccurate MLS location.

Fixed the GPS position's timestamp; the code was using the satellite provided
timestamp. This timestamp bubbles up to the DOM eventually, which has no
knowledge of GPS timestamp delays, thus it needs the current system time.

This is a cleanup of the patch used in the Tarako bug. I made it clearer that this is request-level caching, NOT position caching.
 This is specifically for preventing unnecessary requests to the server. It is unrelated to the W3C PositionOptions and their effect on position caching.
 Hopefully this detail is clearer in this patch.

Updated mochitests that were relying on old logic to succeed

The failing mochitests were relying on the provider to have a specific behaviour -behaviours that are incidental to the test case. I updated these to reflect the behaviour of the current system.

If the USB cable is pulled after we call SetIsSharing(true) but before we actually initiate the
sharing operation, then the volume doesn't change state, and mIsSharing never gets set back to
false. So we detect this condition now and force mIsSharing to be false when the USB cable is
unplugged.

4062d031e9 Bug 939046 - Part 3: Introduce dataNetworkInterfaces map and DataCall. f=edgar r=hsinyi 
First, we change to use dataNetworkInterfaces map. The key of the map
is the apn type and the value is its corresponding RILNetworkInterface.
RILNetworkInterface(s) are created as soon as apn settings are ready and
registered to NetworkManager right away.

Then, we introduce the DataCall object which represents a real
underlying PDP. When RILNetworkInterface is created, a DataCall is
assigned to it. DataCall can be shared between RILNetworkInterfaces
if they consist of the same apn, username and password.

When a RILNetworkInterface is enabled, it requests its DataCall to
be connected; the DataCall, which can be shared, will establish the
data call if it's not already connected. Similarly, DataCall will
disconnect the data call only when no RILNetworkInterface is requesting
it.

Also, we set the CONNECTING/DISCONNECTING state in DataCall instead of
waiting for state change from ril_worker.

Since we have removed routing stuff in register/unregisterNetworkInterface()
in Part 2.a, we should use DISCONNECTED state so that routes can be properly
removed when data call is deactivated.
