bc66b87ac2 Bug 811301. Part 3: Cleanup presshell code now that we don't do special state save/restore for the root scroll frame. r=mats 
Scrolling is never synchronous now, so we don't need to block scripts
or reflows when restoring the scroll position.

13377aec83 Bug 686545 - Fix build bustage with nsRefreshDriver/nsARefreshObserver not being defined. r=ehsan 
The buld bustage only appears with some options being disabled in the
mozconfig. Likely, nsRefreshDriver.h is included by another hedear that isn't
included when an option is disabled.
