Make removal from the loadgroup async, and add another call cancelAndForgetObserver() that removes the listener immediately (since some callsites expect that). This patch turns on window shadows for transparent windows by default, so the identity popup and the "edit bookmarks" popup will get a shadow, too. ui-r=faaborg
