267d3c1715 Bug 401564 - Test and fix for redirection losing Accept header. r=mcmanus 
The test has a redirect where the initial GET request had Accept:
application/json, and ensures that this is also the type of the
redirected request.

The fix is done in the setup of the replicated HttpBaseChannel, where
the previous channel's Accept header is copied to the new one, if it
exists.

5f7ff500d3 Bug 969021 - Part 1: Consolidate moz.build data into parent moz.build files; r=ted 
Many moz.build files define things that could be defined in parent
moz.build files. Keeping the number of moz.build files low helps with
build times due to less I/O and fewer directories traversed.

This patch eliminates a lot of moz.build files by moving their content
into parent moz.build files.

158ed8b3ec Bug 774572 - Part 2: Define JAR_MANIFESTS in moz.build files; r=glandium 
Every directory with a jar.mn now has JAR_MANIFESTS defined in its
moz.build file.

We also removed the may_skip special consideration of jar.mn files
because this information is now available during tier traversal by the
reader courtesy of the variables being present in moz.build files.
