5a9c7d6431 Bug 658359 - Register .frag and .vert extensions as text/plain to prevent crashing due to buggy plugins in WebGL mochitest - r=ehsan 
These file types were unknown, leading to querying plugins to check if any would recognize these types, leading to xpcshell crashes due to bad plugins on linux, leading to mochitest failure on my machine.

583c6b4c88 Bug 396226 - Provide an API to asynchronously generate HTTP responses in httpd.js, and implement a state-storage system which can store object references to provide greater contextual information in handlers. 074efa08c7 Bug 428009 - Update the HTTP server to require a *correct* host be specified with it, not just *a* host via an absolute URI as Request-URI or a specified Host header.
