b741a6aa9d Bug 878931: Add a FontSizeInflation() method to Element in order to retrieve font size inflation to use during reflow-on-zoom. [r=kats,mounir] 
The reflow-on-zoom behavior needs a more robust determination of the font size inflation, so
that it can adjust its behavior depending on whether font size inflation has been
enabled for a given element's text. This patch also modifies the behavior of reflow-
on-zoom such that it will zoom in to piece of text, with reflow, if the minimum
specified font size in the font size inflation preferences is greater than the
current font size, with font size inflation, of the element.

This function proceeds to push its cx and enters a compartment, so it can't be
depending on any compartment or callstack state of the cx it's using. The only
potential issue would then be reporting the error to the correct DOM window, but
this stuff is used only for chrome, where that doesn't matter. The safe JSContext
uses the same error reporter as JSMs and such, which is probably fine.

These things currently do a complicated refcounting dance to avoid destroying the
cx until all the consumers of it are gone. That stuff can mostly go away now that
we're just using the SafeJSContext, but DestroyCx also nulls out the global, so
we should make sure to keep that alive for anyone that might be using it.

55ee93f1af Bug 653881 - Rework XBL insertion points and clean up related code to more closely follow the Web Components model. Instead of maintaining a hashtable of insertion points in bindings (and removing insertions points from the tree) leave the insertion points in the tree as explicit placeholders and teach all other relevant code how to walk the explicit children of elements via two iterators (ExplicitChildIterator and FlattenedChildIterator). Note that this patch does not maintain 100% compatibility with the previous code: there are bug fixes and behavior changes included. For example, by having explicit insertion points in the bindings, it is now easier to handle dynamic changes to the bound element correctly (as well as, eventually, handling dynamic changes to the binding correctly). Patch originally by sicking. r=bzbarsky

The first three lines of this function are an obvious bug. But the behavior in
general is also worrisome, because it's using antiquated XPConnect machinery
that will be less and less correct as we move to the new DOM bindings. Let's
just infer our global from the active compartment.

Note that this removes the Reset method and the mURL and mDocument
members (and arguments to set them) from nsHTMLCSSStyleSheet.

On the other hand, from nsHTMLStyleSheet it only removes mURL (and
equivalent arguments), and nsHTMLStyleSheet keeps the SetOwningDocument
method that was previously part of nsIStyleSheet (but no longer virtual).

It's a little unfortunate that we need both ${jsvalHandle} and
${jsvalRef}, but the only other option is to consistently have a
MutableHandle in this code.  If the thing we have to work with is a
Rooted, that means doing JS::MutableHandle<JS::Value>(&myRooted) as
the thing to substitute for ${jsvalHandle}.  Just using "&myRooted"
doesn't work, because things like "&myRooted.set()" or
"&myRooted.address()" fail, even if parenthesized as
"(&myRooted).set()", because &myRooted is actually a Rooted*, not a
MutableHandle.

We could go the JS::MutableHandle<JS::Value>(&myRooted) route if
desired; it would primarily uglify dictionary and sequence to-js
conversions.  With the setup in this patch, ideally it looks pretty
idiomatic except for the use of .set() instead of operator= on Rooted.

Add webidl interfaces and implementations of the HTML <track>
element and related TextTrack, TextTrackList, TextTrackCue,
and TextTrackCueList dom objects.

Visibility is controlled by the media.webvtt.enabled pref,
which defaults to false.

HTMLMediaElement:NewURIFromString() is hoisted to
nsGenericHTMLElement so it's available to the track
element as well.

This patch is primarily work by Dale Karp, David Humphrey
and others as Seneca College.

d1daeb827a Bug 868110 - Introduce a more private API for the consumers that really do need the default compartment object. r=luke 
The primary consumer of this is the whole inner/outer DOM window setup, which
uses the default global to track the current inner. But there are few other
random ones as well.

We use this as an opportunity to convert a bunch of consumers from the two-step
GetNativeContext() -> JS_GetGlobalObject() into just |GetNativeGlobal()|. This
will make things much easier to convert when we start tracking the current inner
explicitly.

There are still a handful that either are used with other runtimes, or that
happen very early/late in cx the lifetime of various things where it doesn't
necessarily make sense to have a cx on the stack. This should definitely ensure
that we're not doing double-duty with the nsCxPusher change, though.

fbfc8f9abe Bug 868130 - Move nsCxPusher into XPConnect. r=gabor 
The JSContext stack is an XPConnect construction. In particular, there are
situations where we want to manipulate it outside the lifetime of nsContentUtils
but within the lifetime of the stack itself. In order to do this cleanly, it's
helpful to use private XPConnect APIs. So the first step here is to move this into
js/src/xpconnect, so that we can take advantage of the stuff in xpcprivate.h.

We want to put a JSAutoRequest into nsCxPusher, but that would involve
including jsapi.h in nsContentUtils.h, which we'd probably rather avoid doing.
Let's just bite the bullet and do this.
