This is straightforward mapping of PR_LOG levels to their LogLevel
counterparts:
  PR_LOG_ERROR   -> LogLevel::Error
  PR_LOG_WARNING -> LogLevel::Warning
  PR_LOG_WARN    -> LogLevel::Warning
  PR_LOG_INFO    -> LogLevel::Info
  PR_LOG_DEBUG   -> LogLevel::Debug
  PR_LOG_NOTICE  -> LogLevel::Debug
  PR_LOG_VERBOSE -> LogLevel::Verbose

Instances of PRLogModuleLevel were mapped to a fully qualified
mozilla::LogLevel, instances of PR_LOG levels in #defines were mapped to a
fully qualified mozilla::LogLevel::* level, and all other instances were
mapped to us a shorter format of LogLevel::*.

Bustage for usage of the non-fully qualified LogLevel were fixed by adding
|using mozilla::LogLevel;| where appropriate.

5cb22210df Bug 1167607 - Alter behavior of AsyncEventDispatcher for dispatching chrome only event on chrome node. r=smaug 
This patch renames DispatchChromeOnly flag to OnlyChromeDispatch. With
this patch, if OnlyChromeDispatch flag is set, and the target is already
a chrome node, the dispatch path will start from the target. Previously,
even if the target is a chrome node, the dispatch path starts from the
parent target of the owner window of the current node.

a7c42b1672 Bug 1083365 - Tag NS_MOUSE_EXIT messages as eTopLevel when sending to child process. (r=smaug) 
NS_MOUSE_EXIT events were improperly being filtered by the
EventStateManager in the content process.  This patch labels them as
WidgetMouseEvent::eTopLevel to avoid the filtering.

71b80226cb Bug 1018639 - Maintain separate cursors in chrome and client processes. r=roc 
The TabChild now maintains a concept of the current cursor for the child
process.  This value is asynchronously cached in the TabParent.  The
chrome process now establishes cursor on its own - consulting the
TabParent when the cursor enters/exits the tab.  While the cursor is
over tab content, changes to the TabParent's cached cursor are
immediately forwarded to the widget.

ef8ceb114c Bug 1123016 - Clarify the ownership of DOMEventTargetHelper::mParentObject/mOwnerWindow; r=smaug 
This patch converts DOMEventTargetHelper::mParentObject into an
nsWeakPtr, and adds fatal assertions to ensure that all future
nsIGlobalObject implementations support weak references.  It also marks
DOMEventTargetHelper::mOwnerWindow as a non-owning reference.

In e10s, each nsFocusManger (main/chrome and content/tab) operates on its own content tree with its own InputContext.  They also communicate their InputContexts with the OS widget (nsChildView on mac, nsWindow on Windows).  Prior to this patch, the OS widgets didn't distinguish between main and content InputContexts.  When GetInputContext was called on the OS widget, it would return whatever InputContext it had set last.  This patch distinguishes between InputContexts in the widget.
