Mike Hommey	e29f3df03f	Bug 1083686 part 0 - Don't set MOZ_MEMORY_API to static for OSX in replace_malloc.c. r=njn ... It appears to be an unnecessary optimization, since the compiler is still inlining the functions when they're not marked static.
