dfa6ae2f5f Bug 291082 - preventDefault now blocks keyboard navigation in select-one drop-down lists. r=mounir, r=Neil 
This patch makes select drop-down lists respect preventDefault keypress event, and so the select list doesn't process them anymore.

f0b7e3972c Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.
