abe4c1f753 Bug 500200. cairo-ddraw: Fallback if the source surface is larger than the maximum texture size. r=vlad 
If the source surface is larger than the maximum texture size we fallback to software compositing
instead of drawing the wrong things.

87e746210d Bug 524139 - Eval .all.pp instead of including it. This means that in the normal case we avoid any make restarts and the associated I/O that goes with them, which could possibly be slowing Windows builds down considerably r=ted
