132c8b76a2 Bug 874462 - Add "startsWith" filterOp. r=reuben 
The "contains" filterOp in ContactsAPI currently implements a filter that
only matches the start of each value when filtering by fields other than
"tel". This behavior is desirable for some uses, but does not match the
"contains" keyword.

Therefore, add a "startsWith" filterOp in addition to the current "contains".
A warning is sent to console.warn() if "contains" is used for non-"tel"
operations. A separate bug will be written to fix "contains" to perform full
text search.

03e356bde0 Bug 877478 - Fix tests that depend on creating verboten instances in content. r=mrbkap 
XPConnect generally throws when trying to create instances of non-DOM objects
in content. Due to some bugs this has historically worked in certain cases, but
we're fixing those now. So we need to fix the tests that do this sort of thing.

This does not add support for [TreatUndefinedAs=Missing] in overloaded
methods, since it's not clear what that should really look like.

This also does not require that [TreatUndefinedAs=Missing] on an
argument force it on all later arguments, since it's not clear that we
want that long-term.

4d7f9db013 Bug 871438 - Reset value when file transfer session starts, r=gyeh 
When the transferring session was stopped, mBodySegmentLength wouldn't reset
to 0, and that would impact the next transferring if the first packet of the
next transferring doesn't contain header Body or EndOfBody, which would invoke
ExtractPacketHeaders() and refresh mBodySegmentLength in the function.

The original implementation would be stuck on OPP server side after dealing with
ABORT packet. This is because we do something only should be done when receiving
DISCONNECT packet.
