4e23705cc3 Bug 579516: Patch contains a number of fixes to nsPluginStreamListenerPeer memory management. Also moves storage of the stream array for cache lookups to the plugin instance rather than the instance tag. cdb73bccd1 Bug 558390 - Quake Live crashes because it implements NP_Initialize using cdecl, instead of the correct stdcall.
