27f7f96417 Bug 888292 - De-emphasize the plugin icon in the address bar when it doesn't need to catch the user's attention. With this change, the only time the icon will be "alert blue" is when a plugin is click-to-activate and it's too small to show the overlay inline in the page. 1ba75d1044 Bug 880735 part D - New doorhanger frontend code. Removes all logic which shows the plugin doorhanger automatically, including on scripting.
