bcf3de711c Bug 891632 - Port NO_DIST_INSTALL to moz.build; r=joey 
Many of the moved variables are likely not needed. moz.build should one
day validate the sandbox's output and error if "useless" variables are
present.

Sections are positioned accordingly, which means the resulting ELF binary will
have a big gap full of zero between .rel.plt and .plt.
