4dfe6493da Add a way to find all of the XOWs for an object and use it to deal with hard cases where we have to clear the scope of XOWs in order to reflect changes to the underlying object. d94f29ae56 Add a way to extract the charset and the position of the charset parameter from a content-type header. Use this in XMLHttpRequest to not clobber the non-charset parameters and not clobber the charset if it's already what we'll set, up to case.
