a1b253d755 Bug 996148 - With tabs in titlebar disabled, the private browsing mask can be incorrectly positioned in certain modes. r=MattN. 
The positioning of the private browsing mask depends on us correctly setting the fullscreen placeholder
width. Unfortunately, we only ever did that when kicking off the tabs-in-titlebar code. This patch makes
it so that we set the width regardless of whether or not tabs in titlebar is enabled.

a04b78f621 Bug 991210 - [new tab page] Tiles are sometimes arranged all in a single line (wrapping as appropriate, e.g. to two lines with 5 items and then 4 items), instead of 3x3 grid [r=adw] 
Always Grid_init before "load", defer size calculation to "load", and only wait for links cache for site rendering. Clean up timers triggered from previous tests to avoid unexpected updates.

Also fixes bug 976638 by moving controls.png to the shared directory.
Add an always visible sponsored icon for tiles that are type=sponsored. Also add ignorehover to the cell to prevent styling when pointing at the sponsored icon that happens to be a child of the cell.

c3c380c7f2 Bug 980014 - Allow new tab grid layout to reduce rows/columns if the window can't fit 3x3 [r=adw] 
Remove newtab-rows and convert the grid to wrap/overflow tiles as necessary by setting the appropriate width and heights. Compute grid dimensions on load/preload and adjust for resizes.

e2217768ed Bug 982241: make the UI observe weave:service:setup-complete so that it gets updated correctly when re-signing in after an auth error, r=ttaubert 
Changes:
 * start observing weave:service:setup-complete to update the UI after all logins (re-auth, initial sign-in)
 * stop observing FxAccountsCommon.ONLOGIN_NOTIFICATION, since the state we depend on to update the UI never changes interestingly as a result of it firing

Changes:
 * don't try to avoid loading Weave.Status modules on window open
 * access the authManager via Weave.Status instead of Weave.Service, since Weave.Status will already be initialized in almost all cases.
