62129c7d37 Bug 500556. Split FRAMETREE_DEPENDS_ON_CHARS bit into NS_CREATE_FRAME_IF_NON_WHITESPACE and NS_REFRAME_IF_WHITESPACE so we don't need to reframe for every data change. r+sr=bzbarsky
