The 3 merged files had no conflicts and were manually verified to ensure
no incompatible changes crept in.

There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.

48144d40be Bug 834024. Add -include $(DEPTH)/mozilla-config.h to ASFLAGS 
In order to be able use stuff mozilla-config.h in files included by .S files we
need this. I specifically ran into this in pixman with the neon files including
pixman-private.h which was customized on MOZ_GFX_OPTIMIZE_MOBILE.

ea0dd7348c Bug 784841 - Part 5: Integrate virtualenv into SpiderMonkey configure; r=glandium 
Python and virtualenv logic is now contained within an m4 file.
SpiderMonkey now requires the mozilla-central virtualenv environment to
build. If SpiderMonkey configure is invoked by mozilla-central's
configure, the virtualenv will be reused. If SpiderMonkey configure is
invoked in isolation, it will search for the virtualenv in the
mozilla-central root.

We now populate the virtualenv at the beginning of configure. We have
also refactored how the virtualenv is populated.

populate_virtualenv.py is completely refactored. Its default action now
takes the topsrcdir and virtualenv paths and ensures a virtualenv is
created, populated, and up-to-date. If it is out of date, it repopulates
it. populate_virtualenv.py also now performs the Python version check
validation instead of configure. It's easier to manage in Python than to
have configure do it.

462f25ada4 Bug 783727 - Part 2: Define MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET when populating virtualenv; r=glandium 
Previously, we used a global version of MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET which
was typically set to 10.6 because that is what Mozilla currently targets
as the minimum OS X version. Due to a bug in Python, using a
MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET older than what Python itself was compiled with
results in an error. This patch is effectively a workaround for that
bug.

This also changes the header to use compiler detection instead of a
configure test. This makes the header more portable because
it doesn't require the configure infrastructure.

b9607891ba Bug 791305. Use libjpeg's color conversion code instead of our own. r=joe,r=khuey 
libjpeg-turbo supports converting directly to a format compatible with cairo's
FORMAT_RGB24. Use that instead of our own handcoded function. This also gives
us SSE2 and NEON version of this function.
