ccdf8858f6 Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory. 211029ed57 partial fix for bug #364298: Crash [ @ BindStatementURI ] when pasting a folder from the history sidebar into the bookmarks toolbar 
this turns the crash into a javascript exception, but we are still unable to copy and paste history folder into bookmarks.
