9c3353941f Bug 528322. qcms: Avoid unneeded precision during table creation. r=joe 
Switch from pow() to powf() because it's faster and we don't need the
additional precision.  Also avoid unnecessary conversion to and from doubles by
using float constants instead of doubles.

5eefe26460 Bug 514932. Fix color profile retrieval on OS X 10.6. r=joshmoz 
CMGetDeviceProfile(cmDisplayDeviceClass,
		cmDefaultDeviceID,
		cmDefaultProfileID,
		&device);
returns cmDeviceNotRegistered on 10.6 so we need to use a different method
to get the profile.
