bc08ac141a Bug 355548. Clean up MathML's font handling by moving most of it to the style system. Creates nsMathMLElement to put functionality there. Store the generated content as a nsCOMArray<nsIContent>* property on frames to make its clean-up on frame destruction less fragile.
