This will be useful for versioning, as well as JIT options and all the other
stuff that eventually needs to move out of the JSContext.

ef4df9f831 Bug 868110 - Remove JS_GetGlobalObject from the IPC test-shell. r=luke 
This one is easy to infer, because we subsequently call JS_CallFunctionValue,
which asserts that cx, obj, and fval are all same-compartment. So assuming
this code doesn't compartment mismatch right now, this should be equivalent.

67add87676 Bug 860438 - Remove custom AutoPusher in ipc XPCShellEnvironment. r=gabor 
Some of this existing code is little wacky in that it calls Environment(mCx)
in a non-static method, which I would think would be equivalent to |this|.
But I don't know this code well enough to be sure of that, so I'm just going
to do the careful thing.

6a34ee2abe Bug 805080 - Move more API users to CompileOptions; r=luke 
There is no reason to have special methods for specific sets of CompileOptions
when the JS::Compile interface is so easy to use.  Other API methods can be
moved internal or removed entirely with this change.

76e866779c Bug 805080 - Remove unused CESU8 support from SpiderMonkey; r=luke 
We have many CESU8 paths in SpiderMonkey which are completely unused and
untested. We have many more "UTF-8" paths which are really mislabled CESU8 paths
and visa-versa. This patch attempts to disentable all of the various encoding
options in SpiderMonkey.
