d827a42b82 Bug 488901. When an element's size changes and it has borders, we don't necessarily need to invalidate the entire border-box --- if there is no right or bottom border, and other conditions are met. r+sr=dbaron

11aa232422 Bug 403181. Pass the desired source rectangle for background images down into nsThebesImage and ensure we don't sample outside it. Back out a bad pixman patch that caused regressions, and adjust image encoding tests so they don't depend on the regression.
