9100016c49 Bug 1165515 - Part 13-2: Replace usage of PRLogModuleLevel and PR_LOG_*. rs=froydnj 
This is straightforward mapping of PR_LOG levels to their LogLevel
counterparts:
  PR_LOG_ERROR   -> LogLevel::Error
  PR_LOG_WARNING -> LogLevel::Warning
  PR_LOG_WARN    -> LogLevel::Warning
  PR_LOG_INFO    -> LogLevel::Info
  PR_LOG_DEBUG   -> LogLevel::Debug
  PR_LOG_NOTICE  -> LogLevel::Debug
  PR_LOG_VERBOSE -> LogLevel::Verbose

Instances of PRLogModuleLevel were mapped to a fully qualified
mozilla::LogLevel, instances of PR_LOG levels in #defines were mapped to a
fully qualified mozilla::LogLevel::* level, and all other instances were
mapped to us a shorter format of LogLevel::*.

Bustage for usage of the non-fully qualified LogLevel were fixed by adding
|using mozilla::LogLevel;| where appropriate.

aeb40aceab Bug 1153259 - use NS_NewByteInputStream in zipwriter to reduce do_CreateInstance overhead; r=aklotz 
Profiling startup shows that we have several thousand calls to:

  do_CreateInstance("@mozilla.org/io/string-input-stream;1")

and virtually all of them are located in the zipwriter code.  We can
create string input streams much more directly with
NS_NewByteInputStream, which avoids a lot of overhead associated with
do_CreateInstance.

62f87643e8 Bug 1043143: Step 3: Convert nsJARChannel from temporary files to temporary memory. r=honzab 
This also requires changing XMLHttpRequest so that it doesn't crash if
memory-mapping would be applicable but the channel has no associated
nsIFile; a regression test for that case is added.

Bonus fix: nsJARChannel::AsyncOpen now checks whether the inner channel's
AsyncOpen failed.

fdaefb68d6 bug 1116867 - make nsIProgressEventSink and nsITransportEventSink safely scriptable r=mayhemer r=bz 
These scriptable interfaces use uint_64 arguments with sentinel values
of UINT64_MAX. However, UINT64_MAX exceeds MAX_SAFE_INTEGER and cannot
be gatewayed to/from javascript - so they cannot be used
correctly. Change them to use signed 64 bit numbers and -1 as the
sentinnel. C++ implementations ought to be enough to audit as the
special value could never be used correctly in JS anyhow - also
audited OnProgressChange() uses for downstream use of this data.

b6b202b6bb Bug 914753: Make Emacs file variable header lines correct, or at least consistent. DONTBUILD r=ehsan 
The -*- file variable lines -*- establish per-file settings that Emacs will
pick up. This patch makes the following changes to those lines (and touches
nothing else):

 - Never set the buffer's mode.

   Years ago, Emacs did not have a good JavaScript mode, so it made sense
   to use Java or C++ mode in .js files. However, Emacs has had js-mode for
   years now; it's perfectly serviceable, and is available and enabled by
   default in all major Emacs packagings.

   Selecting a mode in the -*- file variable line -*- is almost always the
   wrong thing to do anyway. It overrides Emacs's default choice, which is
   (now) reasonable; and even worse, it overrides settings the user might
   have made in their '.emacs' file for that file extension. It's only
   useful when there's something specific about that particular file that
   makes a particular mode appropriate.

 - Correctly propagate settings that establish the correct indentation
   level for this file: c-basic-offset and js2-basic-offset should be
   js-indent-level. Whatever value they're given should be preserved;
   different parts of our tree use different indentation styles.

 - We don't use tabs in Mozilla JS code. Always set indent-tabs-mode: nil.
   Remove tab-width: settings, at least in files that don't contain tab
   characters.

 - Remove js2-mode settings that belong in the user's .emacs file, like
   js2-skip-preprocessor-directives.
